The London Mindfulness Community is open to anyone wishing to explore meditation with a peer group.
30 minute Guided Meditation, followed by group discussion
exploring mindfulness in daily life with topics such as ethics, the work place, relationships, and lifestyle.
Discussions are relaxed in style and diverse in both topic and content. Topics are posted early in the week (see posts on the home page) Readings or reflection may be suggested to facilitate discussions and individual learning, though are not necessary to contribute.

We meet at Moksha Yoga London Downtown in the Shiva room.
(677 Richmond St. Access is on Mill Street, across from the Ceeps’ parking lot)
Please wear comfortable clothing. Cushions, etc, are available for use.
There is no cost to participate. We do not want financial concerns to prevent anyone who is interested from participating. We gratefully welcome anonymous donations to help purchase materials and supplies.
No prior experience is necessary.
