Setting up your own meditation practice and explorations
In our concluding week of the deep Month of Mindfulness, we will continue exploring different meditation techniques, this time inviting participants to practice facilitating their own short meditations if they would like to. We will also discuss challenges or barriers to setting up your own practice.
