Required Background

DeepMoM17 will assume your familiarity with and build on the platform of meditations through senses other than thinking (e.g. breath meditation, body scan). You may have obtained such experience through a personal meditation practise (say over a month), or a mindfulness program (e.g. such as our MoM17 program), or membership of a meditation group. Trying DeepMoM17, without this platform, can engage thinking to force outcomes, negating the benefits of meditation.
