Schedule: Drop-in Meditation 6:00 pm to 6:30 pm, with a Mindfulness as a Love Affair Theme, on Sunday June 10, Moksha Yoga, London Ontario, Canada. Break for chat and tea 6:30 – 6:40 pm roughly; 6:40 – 7:30 pm – Discussion on the topic Mindfulness as a Love Affair with Life. Participants are welcome to either or both of these events. We’ll show this clip and discuss this topic during the meeting. Jon Kabt-Zinn is one of the pioneers of bringing mindfulness to the west, in an accessible form, particularly through the treatment of chronic pain, his books and other materials.
