Jan 16th, Weekly Tuesday Drop-in Guided Meditation. Sunday Jan 21 meeting replaced with MoM18 program this month.

On Tuesday Jan 16, @ 8-830pm we will be having our usual weekly Tuesday drop-in guided meditation at Moksha Yoga, 677 Richmond street! Hope to see you all there!   Our Sunday meetings up to Jan 28 are involved with the MoM18 program (sold out).  Our usual drop-in meditations and Discussions resume on Sunday February 11.

No experience required, we look forward to seeing you there on Tuesday Jan 16!
