Intro to Meditation Facilitation: Sunday, Dec 3rd, 2017

After planning for a long time, we are so excited to finally announce our Intro to Meditation Facilitation!

If your interested in meditation facilitation and getting involved in your local community, then we recommend our facilitator training program. We will focus on building skills needed to facilitate (guide) meditations for groups, through participant exercises. Such skills include speaking naturally, using silence and appropriate choices depending on the group, sensitivity to group and inner self-awareness. We will also discuss background material material for mindfulness and grounding meditation in your own practice. After this training we encourage you to consider further opportunities for involvement/facilitation with LMC.

The cost is $40, the training will occur @ moksha yoga, December 3rd, 2017, 7-9pm.

There is limited spots so please register in advance.
