Drop-in Meditation Sunday Sept 10th and Tuesday Sept 12th

Come join us in a free guided meditation session this Sunday Sept 10th from 630 – 8pm at Moksha Yoga’s Shiva room. 30 minutes of guided meditation will be followed by a tea break and a discussion of what the London Mindfulness Community is planning for the rest of 2017. If you are interested in having some input on these plans, this is absolutely your chance! We will be taking any and all feedback into our plans for future meditations in 2017. So please join us for this lovely Sunday evening discussion.

Tuesday September 12th come join us at Moksha Yoga for a 30 minute meditation from 8-830pm, whether your coming for just the meditation or for a hot yoga session right after we accommodate for both!

And please remember to register for the mindfulness challenge all money goes to mental health treatment for those in need.

The meditation retreat planned for October 15th will be a professionally guided experience towards kindness and mindfulness. Early bird registration ends Wednesday September 13th!
