Sunday Drop-in Meditation and Discussion

Venue and time: Sunday August 20, 2017, 6:30 pm – 8:00 pm (Meditation and Discussion) Moksha Yoga, London Ontario, Canada (hosted by Kristen). Please note the earlier start time of 6:30 pm, for our summer Sunday Meetings. Half hour drop-in meditation on Tuesday August 22, 8 – 8:30 pm, hosted by Kristen or Daniel.

Schedule: Drop-in Meditation 6:30 pm to 7:00 pm on Sunday August 20, Moksha Yoga, London Ontario, Canada. Break for chat and tea 7:00 – 7:10 pm roughly served from our beautiful glass teapot; 7:10 – 8:00 pm – Open Discussion inspired by mindful poetry.

Participants are welcome to either or both of these events. Attendance is free, and donations are gratefully accepted. For insurance requirements you need to sign in at the front desk of Moksha. See you Sunday!

The London Mindfulness Community (LMC) is a community of mindfulness enthusiasts. Our meditations are designed to be accessible to those who drop in occasionally. This is an extremely exciting event where meditators from all over the city and beyond can get together for an excellent cause for mental health!

August 13th and August 15th drop-in group meditations!

Hello Meditators!

This Sunday, August 13th we will be having a free drop-in meditation from 630-8 pm at Moksha Yoga as per our usual schedule. Kristen will be leading this Sunday’s meditation, if you are looking to get re-centered and grounded to start next week fresh and mindful come drop-in and meditate with us! This upcoming Tuesday, August 15th we will be holding a group meditation from 8-830pm guided by Daniel. This is a great way to get a refreshing group meditation mid-week to power up the rest of your week, come de-stress and relax with us at Moksha Yoga on Tuesday!
